I honestly feel that 11000 years of kaliyuga have passed and not 5000. This is because the ice age ended 11000 years ago and all megafauna died at that time as well. Places like Atlantis sank at that time so it could be that Dwarka sank just a few years later due to rising water levels. The carbon dating results of Dwarka show that the city was somewhere between 8000 and 30000 years old. So it could be that Aryabhatta only thought that kaliyuga started in 3102 bc since the planets did come to a line at that time. And he connected that to kaliyug's starting due to lack of knowledge.

Lord Rama was here 20, 000 years ago towards the end of Treta Yuga. Lord Krishna was here a little over 5, 000 years ago towards the end of Dwapar Yuga. This means that Dwapar Yuga was 15, 000 years long and Treta Yuga may have been 30, 000 years long. Since we are at the end of Kali Yuga, we can safely say that Kali Yuga is about 5, 500 years long. What a huge difference from 432, 000 years!! Could there have been a discrepancy in the unit of time?

Devta's 1 Daiv din means Earth's 1 year this is actually original Kal-ganana 1200 Devta (Varsh) years of Kalyuga we count like 1200 Devta (Varsh) years X 360 Earth years = 432000 years Kalyuga as per today's illogical calculation.
Means Yug kal ganana Time period

1 Kaliyug.- 1200 God's years x 360 Earth's years = 432000 Kalyuga years

2 Dwaparyug - 2400 God's years x 360 Earth's years = 864000 Dwapar yug years

3 Tretayug - 3600 God's years x 360 Earth's years = 1296000 Treta yug years
