As a fitness expert this is stupid. Doesn't allow you to adjust the line of resistance to your natural plane of motion with many of the exercises on this thing which will put . You'll just accelerate the wear and tear process of the joints in the name of convenience at home with fancy equipments. Stick to the basics which has been tried and tested for decades. An adjustable bench and a few pairs of dumbells is all you need to hit every muscle in any nook and corner.
