I got something similar a couple of weeks ago. It wasn't covid, thankfully. I took vitamin c and d and ginger. After 48 hours, I was alot better. Get well soon.

It might be worth doing a Covid test, Nick. My hubby had those very symptoms and suddenly got worse. 111 sent an ambulance crew to him yesterday afternoon. A Covid test this morning is a strong positive.
