Haha if you ask this question here, in Turkiye, we never say Greece or them :) It's not a country we focus on. It is almost impossible not to have problems with neighbors in this region, look at the Middle East. The people of both countries agree that this should be at the minimum level.

One or two wanted to say Turkey but they covered it up quite charmingly. The glass is half full and not half empty as some pessimistically would like to see it, which means that the Cypriots seem to be mostly good to us and that gives me hope for a good future together. I watched this because I am doing a Fulbright in Cyprus and I noticed some of the places look familiar: I thought I saw Eleftheria Square in Nicosia and St Lazarus Church and Finikoudes in Larnaca.

Being from small town USA, it's not common that folks film in places you frequent.

I was born in Turkey, but I’m ethnically Greek. And I also lived in Greece for a bit, and I can genuinely and objectively tell you that Turkish invasion of Cyprus in 1974 is legitimate and legal, no matter what other people think. both Nations have done violence to each other. However, Greeks exceeded their limits in 1964-74.
