i feel it is not advisable to walk immediately after dinner.. I sit idle or watch tv or computer for half an hour after dinner and then walk at slow pace for 20 minutes..this is the ideal one I feel....if someone can help me it would be great

Walking just increase the speed of food moving through your body. Ofc you get less sugar, because you do not digest it fast enough when you walk.
