Crazy to think we were nostalgic about MGS1 when MGS4 released with only 10 years of difference between those games. Now it's been 16 years since MGS4 😢.

i can't tell what I love more about this game, the take on Old Snake, the absolute perfect ending, the shadow moses chapter and that fight piloting Rex against Ray, or just the Old Snake theme song. I don't know why but 4 was the one I loved the most, even more than 3, which somehow already surpassed 2 which has a really special place in my heart.
MGS4 is a love letter spread across 15 hours of gameplay and 20 hours of cutscenes, and a thank you to all of us who have been there with Snake.
it was so heart-breaking to let go, but that was the point to end it.

The fight between Rex and Ray was so cool, but the fight between Snake and Ocelot was truly memorable due to the sound tracks and life bars from each installment in the franchise.

Favourite moment was approaching the helipad zone on Shadow Moses when the snow storm suddenly gets heavier, then clears to reveal that whole area as the first notes of The Best Is Yet To Come starts to play.
