If I were to pick a type I would be. It would definitely be between Psychic and Ghost types. Sometimes depending on your Ghost type Pokemon they can actually poison the pokemon your up against. But you also have to upgrade your Ghost type CONSTANTLY if you want that poison power to work against types that are super effective with it
