Picking up IFR clearance in the air in a SR-22 (ATC Audio)

This was our return flight from Georgetown DE (Kged) to Baltimore Washington International (KBWI) in Joe's SR-22. Joe filed an IFR Flight plan from Georgetown to BWI via the Waterloo VOR. We picked our IFR clearance up from Dover Approach (ATC Audio) as soon as we took off so that it would be easier to sequence us into BWI.

Not instrument rated yet, but does it seem to go better or more direct when picking up your IFR clearance in the air? Another great video, thanks for sharing!

Hey, how are you liking the Zulu 3's with a bunch of hours on them already? I'm finally splurging on either A20 vs Zulu3s but need to wear sunglasses or some chunky foggles - any thoughts as to which will seal better and not suck (clamping) after hours in the air?

Hey Brian, Another great video. Question: Hope its not to personal, but wondering if you own this plane or rent it? I ask because I'm getting close to getting my PPL and debating the cost analysis of both. Thanks again for posting.

A suggestion would be closer panel shots as well, showing the course, approach etc.
