Man, the worst people to demo a product are the people who make the product. They always assume you already know what they know. They they say things like "hey this is super easy. just look." and then you're sitting there looking with a massive case of NFI.
I have NO IDEA how to use this thing. The video does not help.
Waves should do some User Acceptance Testing with a complete noob and try to figure out what the noob can't figure out. Thats how you reach people with your products.

hello. I purchased an IOS XL in December 2021 this video is great but too fast for me to process mentally and visually. I also own many waves plugins, I use Reason 11 and pro tools mostly but so far I have been unable to "tie it all together" without pop and clicking and latency. and I just purchased an Akai Mpc Live II, now im really lost. any recommendations?? or videos or lessons?

Ok so let me get this right. I need a server to offload my plugins, and a digigrid interface to monitor through soundgrid.... So what if I monitor through my computer and offload the other plugins for the existing mix can I do that? Because I don't need the I/O for monitoring vocals mostly

Every time my soundgrid loads the “scanning network” stays on the loading screen for a long time … it won’t let me get pass the “scanning network” part

hi, i had the X32 fir use with a two piece vocal setup and decided to sell it off.. i replaced it with the XR18 running the software from my laptop… i’m still not getting the vocal presence…

I like the idea of the lv1 … Could i use tgis alongside with the XR18 or perhaps you could advise for a two piece vocal setup using tracks…. i’d love to use waves fir vocals…

PS. what would you charge to fly to ireland for four days to help me setup?

Cool, but not for me. My PC can already handle the hundreds of plugins I can throw at it. But I can see this as a great way to run a educational studio.
