Because the subconscious communicates in symbols I draw diagrams of the change I want to see. I get great results. My latest was how to deal with a person who was draining my energy but I couldn't clearly see it. I drew a circle that was ME and a smaller circle that was them. I meditated a bit and then could draw in the dots where my energy was leaking and to who.

When i was a teenage girl i used to daydream a lot on my crush, no frustration just imagining every detail of dates etc and let go.. now thinking back, it always manifested. Even if they werent interested at first.

Please do a video on surrendering . What does it mean? What does surrender look like. How to surrender? I know I should surrender, I meditate, try mindfulness everyday, i fast, but I still feel like put to much effort in my life and I need to surrender, I just don’t know how.

I have encountered a couple of people who have told that me including myself that they can communicate with their subconscious mind.One thing I can attest is that it is incredibly intelligent to the point of predicting future thoughts.My life has been a miracle. More than I could have ever imagined.Thank God for that.I could speak about psychology and its laws just through self reflection without ever studying the course.I used to meditate in my sleep while being conscious that my body was asleep just self reflecting and studying about psychology and its rules without even waking up or touching a book.Fun fact:It told me that this only happens just after you fall asleep and before you wake up.
