My view it looks so classy!! Deck 2 looks like a music lovers dream. Atrium looked interesting on deck 2 but really liked it on deck 3. Lido pool and buffet look great up top!

Splendid video. The wife and I are considering a cruise aboard her to the Canary Islands in 2025 out of Dover, are drinks included with Holland America?

We booked a 25 day cruise on this ship that set sail October 15th in Athens. Due to extremely weird passport issues at the Athens airport, the American Embassy had to get involved. We arrived 3 days prior to sailing. When I knew we would not make the ships sailing, I called the Holland International Emergency 800 number. It's only a recording that says they will get back to you in 48 hours. Can you believe this? 2 women stranded in a foreign country, trying to reach guest relations and you get an answering machine! After many attempts, a live human answers, only to deny boarding at the next 2 ports. They would only allow us to board 5 days later and in Turkey. We never got on the ship. Spent thousands of dollars in hotels and emergency flights home. Holland got paid 100% while we got 80% of our fare returned because I bought insurance. Corporate office does not care that their customer service is not there to help passengers in an emergency situation. I'm a 3 Start member, and all they off me is $50 to spend on a future cruise. Doubtful that I'll ever sail with them again.
