Going on a trip soon, the ship is beautiful but HAL call center has dropped my calls when they don't have a solution or else put you on hold and forget about you. Very disappointed that they believe how their guests should be treated. Also notice their website is not particularly helpful.

Back from this May cruise. Had photos taken but never received within the 2-3 weeks following the cruise as promised. have tried several attempts with HAL to no avail. DO NOT HAVE PHOTOS TAKEN, the only thing that they take is your money in USD upfront. Email address given is no longer in service. Cost me $1, 000 plus for nothing but a hastle and bad experience. Once you are off their ship, they do not
