What Is The Mystery Surrounding Josef Stalin's Death?

Josef Stalin is one of the biggest mass murderers in history. His infamous paranoia led to the deaths of millions of people and the suffering of many millions more. Ironically however, it may have been this paranoia that eventually killed him. Accounts on his death are conflicting. Some say he was poisoned by a political rival, whereas others believe that he simply suffered a stroke from alcoholism. Many accounts also claim that the doctors were too afraid to enter the room of the paranoid dictator while he was having a stroke nor were they willing to offer him proper medical assistance as they were fearful that they would be purged if he survived, with this potentially causing Stalin's downfall.

He had doctors, but those doctors were all in the Gulag and he also tricked 2 soldiers once into thinking he was having a stroke, they came in, they got sent to the Gulag.

He died but he had a strict rule where his guards couldn't enter his bedroom chambers and he decided to test his guards and he called them into the room and they got executed by not following his orders but 3 months later he was actually having a seizure in his room and his guards were scared for their lives to go in after hours they finally went in and checked on him and then three days later he died

Well, getting the (100-point) jump-rope -challenge, in ”Super Mario Odyssey”, is damn near impossible: You need to basically do 70-ish frame-perfect inputs, in a row. Without. Messing. Up. Once.
