I have the best tip for climbing the ranks: play the game, forget the meta. Master your hero and only switch if you absolutely have to. It also doesn’t hurt to learn other heroes or roles as well, so don’t be afraid to try. The meta isn’t always what you should follow in some cases.

Bastion underrated, i get crazy damage without turret and the threat of even having it makes a lot of teams scared to push, a few headshot with normal gun usually scare the snipers away, id say he's a solid B for Bastion

bro. ive done multiple unranked to gms and venture is by far the most op charcter along with sojourn and tracer. it took me less then a day to get to gm with venture only. once they nerf her maybe then she will be a tier

If you’re struggling against venture, use junk rat.
You can constantly create space away from them, and after they pop out of the ground just throw down a trap before they land.
Also has a fast enough damage combo to duel them.

Honestly Genji is better than echo. Echo is super easy to kill as her flight speed is slow and she has no defense at all. Genji has deflect and wall climb and double jump with dash. That gives so much agility and versatility when facing large groups of enemies. Genji is a hero that you should never die with.

Venture is insanely broken. She isn’t targetable for like 60% of the time then she gets a shield. I’ve seen one pull almost 20k dmg on one round of payload.

How to fix junkrat:

Give him back his one shot combo, that was the only thing that he had going for him. For this decrease his health back to 200. So that he becomes a glass cannon. He should be able to make big plays and if he fails he dies that's how he should be.

Its also important because he then has no way to deal with pharah and echo which are his hard counters. Also pls give the tire a little bit more time to use because it means he can stall for a bit longer. Like instead of 10 make it 12 seconds

Venture is no were near A😂. At best C, low B. Once you understand her game plan it really isn’t hard to counter her.
