+ the rends and weakens

Is rogue and vicious the same? If you’re always back stabbing wouldn’t rogue provide 7% extra dmg?

If you get some of those stamina perks in the right tree the whole build gets ridiculous. The Stam regen and the reducing Stam usage ones makes me become a dodge master in medium with 300 str 200 dex 5 con
