How do i mix a small batch of mix for a repair. I used some sakrete type S to redo joints in a block basement wall. When it dried you could knock the cement out of the joints with your finger. It might had been too wet or was it that i used just a portion of the bag. The bag was one that had been sitting around some time on a damp garage floor for several years.
