how do you acess the server setup page if you skipped it and want to come back to it later

Do i need to have the subscription fort this? It doesnt detect my drives, it only detects sdcard for some odd reason, its reading the Shield and not my PC drives

i can add content to films library but when i tried to add to tv shows nothing syncs. Can you help please
