Dr.Pal, you have no idea how much awareness you're creating in Indian people. In our country, we actually lack health education, don't know basics about our own bodies and how it functions and many people follows myths blindly and you're making many of them to open their eyes 🙌

Hi Dr. Pal... I am from Kerala. I am 36 years old and I had a cholecystectomy two weeks ago. Please do a video on the diet for people like me who don't have a gallbladder. 🙂

Dr. Pal - Can you do a shorts when to eat fruit and when to take protein and what is the best time to take a sundal? And also I heard that we shouldn’t mix anything, for example, if we’re taking a brk fast or a meal, we shouldn’t include fruits there because fruits will digest faster than solid food, so we have to take 1 hour before a meal or 2 hours after taking a meal or any food? Some people say sundal should be taken only in the morning and not in the evening or night. Likewise nuts should be consumed only on empty stomach in the morning for better absorption? Can you pls do a shorts related to this?

TQ Dr.pal i was confused about this... I use to eat everynight after my gym workout, now i am cleared about it... Everybody told don't eat fruits at night but I didn't beleive but after ur words ❤i believed

Dr. PAL ..ENJOY eat all food full stomach, need to do good physical work.

All foods are vegetables and fruits non veg all have pesticides and fertilizers in India. Naturally falling ill is common.

I'm sleep after 1 am and yet I keep myself focused by not consuming any calories after 6pm and fast till the next day 10am..I've been following it since past 2 Years and have stayed consistent till the date...so I think it's all about a person's mental capacity
