The antifouling project 6/6 - final coat of Hempel Mille Xtra

Last coat of antifouling, it should be easy but it was not.
A lot of wind and rain makes the work difficult but I managed to get the paint on the surface in the end.
The next step is then to mount the propellers, again not as easy as it seems.

Antifouling : Hempel Mille Xtra - true blue 30390
The age of the paint must not exceed 5 years and the color can get a bit darker when it gets old.

The total cost of the project was 900 US Dollars

Boat is looking great Tino
I've got all that bottom stuff to do for next season, don't think I'll be taking it down to the gel cote as there is 20 years of primer and antifouling to remove😲. Will take the keel down to bare metal tho as some rust is starting to show and ill treat that.

The boat is looking brand new get her in the water and take a trip over here to Scotland then you can advise me on my copper coat lol

Tak for gode tips til Bavaria. Har set du brugte Epoxyprimer fra Biltema. Vil selv bruge denne er dog i usikker på hvilken epoxyprimer der er på fra mit tyske værft. Det er vel en 2 komponent ??
