Using Shape Up to deliver work that matters | Tom Walsh

Tom's team (the Guv'nors) have been trying out Shape Up - a product development technique developed by Basecamp. It's quite a radical departure from how we've traditionally done product development at Redgate, but it's shown some real promise in the few months since we started trying it out.

In this talk, I'll walk you through the core principles of Shape Up, explain how we implemented it in the Guv'nors team and the successes and struggles we've experienced so far.
