Here's what I can do to help you. I speak on the topics of architecture and AI, help you integrate AI into your organization, educate your team on what AI can or cannot do, and make things simple enough that you can take action from your new knowledge.

I work with your organization to understand the nuances and challenges that you face, and together we can understand, frame, analyze, and address challenges in a systematic way so you see improvement in your overall business, is aligned with your strategy, and most importantly, you and your organization can incrementally change to transform and thrive in the future.

Very critical notes.
The important concept here is that we take into consideration strategic thinking and one of that thought is the ROI. So many times, we see organizations attempting deployment of AI solutions and failing because they did not establish the necessary thinking. It is very true that AI is not a hype and is an inevitability in all industries, but to ensure its success in the real world, a long-term vision and up-front understanding of the deployment must be fully analyzed and synchronized across all business units in an organization before wasting too many resources, time, and therefore money. Strategic thinking is the key here! ROI is just an aspect of many!
Great material.

Hi Raj. I would mention that with these sorts of things, ROI always comes three years down the line. Whenever the press praise or chastise Jeff Bezos for his annual results he shrugs and says they results from things done years ago.
