Secret Service chief details failures during Trump assassination attempt

Acting Secret Service Director Ronald Rowe is holding a press conference detailing assessed failures by the agency that transpired during the assassination attempt against former President Donald Trump in Butler, Pennsylvania.

As a professional first responder I would be totally embarrassed to own the amount of failures of the SS.

so why did not one reporter ask him why SS decided to use cell phones instead of radios? Frankly no reporters even asked many WHY questions. For instance, Why didn't SS insure the roof was covered? What explanation/s did the supervisors give for not having all law enforcement in a joint center with central communications. and on a Multiple choice question they could have asked. Were the failures A Incompetence. B. Gross incompetence C. Negligence in doing ones job. D. Wilfull indeference becasue of who Trump is? or None of the above? I would love to hear his answer on that!!!!

Full of crap! Me as man in the street can and able to provide better security for our President than this useless department. Who was fired, demoted, put on unpaid leave in this complete failed security? Attendees shouted, “there is a man with rifle on the roof”! What did your department do? NOTHING! Shame!
