AGM Filler

Fast, effective and accurate!
Let’s maximize and take advantage of what the machine does best – filling batteries with a specific mass in each cell.
The mass is measured by a highly accurate Coriolis mass flow meters.

From the infeed conveyor an unfilled battery is pushed right on spot, to the filling position, by a servo motor.
The unfilled battery pushes the filled battery out on the outfeed conveyor. The machine is equipped with one servo motors for cross feed on each filling station.

For the highest accuracy the unfilled battery is lifted to a fixed filling head during filling.
Each filling head is designed to fit a specific battery type minimizing the change over time and the risk for adjustments errors.
