(Major Intersction Blocking) Lorry & Minibus Minor Accident Caught on Dashcam

It is new years eve and many people had half the day off, add on to "holiday drivers" near the usual rush hour and traffic gets severely congested.
An impatient lorry tries to get through the intersection despite traffic not moving ahead and ends up getting its mirror too close to the minibus. The minibus continues to turn (dual turn lane) unaware of the lorry's mirror invading its corner and clips it. The lorry driver then gets out of his vehicle in the middle of the intersection fully blocking our side of the road to fix his mirror whilst the minibus driver gets out to have a word with the lorry driver.
After the brief exchange the lorry driver tries to force his way back into traffic.
This whole thing wouldn't have been so bad if he wasn't blocking all of the traffic on one side and causing extra congestion in front of a fire station.
