No she's not taking them off....that's the roller that we use to give the diamonds a good press for better adhesion. She took the leftover diamonds and saving them in a borage for later use on various things.

1: she's using a roller to make sure they stick to the adhesive
2: she's combining the colors cause once you finish a project spares though not useless have close to no use in other projects as they come with their own colors
3: when you start a new project, they have their own number/letter coding so you rewrite each container. you draw dry erase marker on top of permanent marker to remove it

I'm with Richard. I save the beads by serial number and will add more. If I wind up missing a color in a future project I look through and see if I already have the color.

I’ve never thought of putting them in a large container together like that though. I just keep them in their containers and label them with the project and the color and I get new containers for the next project. That big borage of all mixed up colors is making my OCD’s eye twitch. Hard.

Keep them in labeled storage!!! They keep the numbers pretty consistent across brands! I wept when she dumped them together!!
