Well, they are having the engine out for free. So there is no issue in creating an interface out for free. I am learning UE and I am happy to contribute.

Are you looking for Designs or Prototypes? These are two very different things in this space and makes it difficult to gauge what you are looking for. In HMI design teams, this work is spanned across many people and disciplines and "Design" usually takes place in the UX and UI space, where teams figure out how the experience would work and look. This is then refined by artists to make sure each piece is then crafted to match design intent. The Unreal template you provided is a simple 3D model of an interior buck and two rectangular screens with a few options, but are you looking for something that matches or surpasses the level in which automotive companies would be expecting? Your intro of the competition isn't clear to know the rules, limitations, restrictions, etc. Who is judging this competition? What is their expertise? Is this based on performance or visual aesthetics?

I just want to find a model/mesh whatever for my Mercedes-Benz 2008 Smart Car so I can use my favorite car in my game. Has anyone made one I can get for free? How would I find that?
