I spread myself pretty thin for years doing for others to make them happy...Now I make sure I'm happy. I finally realized I'm an adult and can do as I please.LOL

I can relate to your top #1 thing to stop doing!!! If a person is able to take care of themselves they don't need to be in a relationship that inevitably will end with you taking care of someone else. I have been on my own for 34 years after my 16 year marriage ended. Had more than enough raising and providing for my 3 sons and decided early on I didn't need another relationship, !

I can say being alone is not the problem in a life, being with someone who is constantly berating! Well that is. I’m not divorced, however I will not allow my spouse to live with me. I’m still married, we are at 49 years. We live our lives, separately. Life is so much lighter and brighter.

I can definitely relate. Working on eating better. Pretty much self sufficient, once in a while I need another set of hands (son).

Divorced once and widowed once. When my hubby passed I vowed I would never bury another one. He’s been gone 13 years. Miss him specifically, good man.

I really don’t even have any friends, just acquaintances. See my sister once in a while. Living as drama free as possible. Empty nester and sometimes it does get lonely. But I don’t dwell on it.

You’re the dog man. I’m the cat woman. I have 5 indoors and feed the outdoor ferals. All my cats are rescues. Either from the shelter or former ferals from my backyard. Had to bottle feed Mitzi who was only 3 weeks old. She is 3 years old now. Momma cat rejected her. Not on my watch! ❤ in all honesty they rescued me from sadness. They are precious to me.

I miss my dogs. They have all crossed over. At 63, I can’t play with dogs as I once did. Can’t do walks due to my mobility issues. I am in the cat stage of life now.

Like you, I don’t like crowds. Grocery shop at off times. No movie theaters. No dining out. it is too expensive and food tastes crappy. I prefer my own cooking. No vacations because been there, done that and who can afford it? Crowds suck.

Living a life that suits me. Peaceful. Calm. I do as I wish. Only thing I want is to retire. I have set up 2 bedrooms as studios. I enjoy creative painting and soap/candle making. That will be my side gig. Selling farmers market (when it suits me).

Life is good. Sorry for the long post.

Brother I am so glad I found your channel. Found it initially researching carnivore but dam if you aren't living the life I always dreamed about. I had my wife watch some of your videos. I said this would be me if we weren't married. I retired a couple years back after 33 years in law enforcement and have given up most of the things on your list. Keep doing what your doing. The videos are great.

I don't mind being alone. raise 3 sons and go back and take care of helping the person that has helped me in my life. Guess I am a caretaker, enjoy helping others but like being by myself to do what I want and not have to answer to anyone else. To each their own.

Mije i totally agree with you.on all subjects.I watch more of U tube channels than watching T.V. any more. The weather i watch. And sometimes there is a good movie on the Hallmark channel, but, not very often, that their is a good movie that i find i like. I don't drink i don't smoke.Dont need stress either.been there done that. Got to think about your own happiness is my motto.

Hi Mike thats bad the battery pack died . Mine has a place to put batteries in case the electric goes out. I thank God I'm still physically able to take care of myself. I try not to stress out. Thats a joke I've never had money to save. Thats funny Mike love the voice changes. No more relationships for me either since my husband passed away. I am not 50 yet but pretty much on the same page. I agree with you on #1... I am not wasting more time either, and I agree the times are just different, and as nice as companionship might be; every relationship I've ever been in has been a one sided nightmare that left me damaged afterwards mentally and financially, As my health has improved from losing weight though, my drive has came screaming back. But I think I'd still rather keep my dedicated relationship with one Miss Rosy Palmer 😆

Hey dogman for some reason I can't find your channel when I on my roku they are something going on. Plus when you go to the.main channel you have no link that has the other channel I strolled down to the bottom where you other channel should show up and it not on your channel page either. I think this has a lot to do with your views too.
