유럽으로 번진 '숨쉴수없다' 시위... 평화 시위 속 경찰과 충돌도

Protests that started in the U.S. crossed the Atlantic to Europe over the weekend,... with people assembling in major cities chanting against racism and demanding justice for George Floyd.
Thousands of citizens took to streets in front of U.S. embassies in cities such as Berlin, London and Copenhagen echoing chants of 'I can't breathe' and they knelt in silence for eight minutes and 46 seconds the amount of time the police officer knelt on George Floyd's neck before he died.
Most of the protests were peaceful,... but there were some clashes.
Fourteen police officers were hurt in London and 93 protestors were arrested in Berlin on Saturday for throwing stones and bottles.

Truth? lol at least in US - gave folks a chance in lock down states to go outside first time in many weeks! Was fun in the sun! Those in non-lock down states very few protest if any - most just happy to be back to work bringing in a paycheck. Since colleges and schools closed all the teens were out in high gear festivities ... and enjoying the fun. No fear, they won't get sick they too young! So in the end a big Woodstock!!

dianegrace.
