5am Productive Mom Morning Routine

In this video I'm sharing my 5am productive morning routine. I enjoy being accomplishing tasks BEFORE the kids wake up, especially when it comes to taking care of myself. It's just so much easier to get things done while they're not tethered to me. Waking at 5am is really a popular time to wake up for your day, and I see such a difference on the days that I stick to it.

Having a routine for your mom life is imperative to me. It helps you to get on top of the day before chaos sets in and stresses you out. Even if you don't have children yet, setting a routine is still important.

If you are not a morning person and you want to be more productive, start out by waking 30 minutes to an hour earlier? Then slowly increase the time. Making lifestyle changes is not about going cold turkey. You can make small changes that have BIG impact.

I get up at 5am daily, it’s a must! By the time everyone else is up, I’ve already tackled the most important things I want to accomplish for the day.

Super awesome tips. Being a mom is a whole job in itself. I read my bible daily. When I was a young parent and now older, I find it to answer every issue I confront.

I remember those days when school woke up very early at the school bus stop at 630 ish most times still dark, I needed this I’m trying to start a new beneficial morning routine and this gave me a template. Thanks for sharing!

You are definitely a super mom! I tried to wake up at 5 to workout and start my day early and it really felt good, but i go to bed too late to keep doing it. I gotta get in the bed more! And I filled up a glass of water while watching! lol i've gotten bad at drinking water too

I definitely agree setting your mind on postive things help to adjust your day. I also believe in the power of manifestation and karma. I believe what you put into the world you will ultimately get back. I love the fact that you include time to devote to God each day that's a great practice we all should implement 💜🙌👑

I also get up early and it definitely makes me get more done...I wish I could workout in the morning too, but since covid my gym doesn’t open until 7 😫. Thanks for sharing:)

This was SOOOO good! You work out in the morning? That is goals. I do a little yoga. Doing homeschool prep while kids are eating is a good idea too. And the B Powder! Mind blowing bc I’m trying to quit coffee. Thanks for being honest about how long your devotional time is that helped me to not feel guilty. Update: Kids are now going to bed 30 mins earlier so I have an hour alone with my hubby at night. Thanks again.

I really want to start making sure that I do affirmations when I wake up every single day! I like to put on the sleep affirmations. I just want more positivity in my life. I submersed myself in it and it seemed like negativity from outside was coming at me the hardest it has come in years! I survived it all though :-)

Learned a lot from you today, i like your daily routine... i wake up early but i go straight to preparing my kids for school and carry on like that... but meditating and doing morning workouts are a must add. i'll take your advice and start a little at a time
