10 minute workouts in my PJs with swarming small children is the ONLY way I’ve been consistent - and those seemingly measly 10 minutes make such a difference ! You go

This was SO encouraging. Thank you for talking about the seasons where you couldn’t always get up before your kids too! This was so honest.

This was so encouraging! My daughter is four now, and ever since she’s been born, I’ve been telling myself I need to get up early so I can get x, y, and z done before she wakes up, but I get so discouraged thinking there’s no way I can do it all before she wakes up, so I end up not even trying. This was such a good reminder that I don’t have to do it all - my “morning routine” doesn’t have to end just because she’s awake. Duh! 🤦🏻‍♀️

Thought I was the only one who works out in PJs..so relatable!

The pressure to wear workout clothes first thing in the morning and workout during the 1 hour before the kids wake up is real! Your morning routine actually feels doable for me 😭🙌

Another mom who exercises in pjs here 🙋🏽‍♀️

I’m a pregnant mom of 3 (pregnant with girl #3 and mom of 1 boy like yourself! 😊)

Thank you for reminding me that it’s normal to want to sleep in when pregnant and during the first months of the newborn stage. I’ve been feeling SO guilty for sleeping in and surrendering to the mess so I can prioritize sleep.

I really needed this message today.

New subscriber, thanks so much for your honesty 💕

I’m not a usual ‘commenter, ’ but this video was so good! We have 3 little kids who are 5 years and under and I forgot how much I enjoy getting up before them to drink my coffee and read my Bible. Thank you - will be getting up early tomorrow! 🎉❤

8 weeks postpartum here. I relate so much to having this boost of energy and motivation after low energy and not feeling well for 9 months. These videos are awesome! Thank you

Love the honesty of this! Super relatable and realistic. You almost convinced me to wake up earlier :)

This video is so relatable. I’m now 4 months postpartum with my 3rd baby and if I’m going to work out at home, more times than not, it’s in pj’s too. This time around I’m leaning into getting things done, even if it’s not perfect or ideal and being happy with “good enough”. It’s a busy season of life that we’re in and I’m focusing on progress over perfection and contentment in that, instead of frustration. You’re doing great, mama!

Your videos are so inspirational to me, and they really get me motivated. I love how practical and to-the-point your tips are. As a mom to a toddler, expecting my second, still working part-time (and maybe picking up some extra remote work on the side soon to contribute more financially) I get SO overwhelmed at the thought of my next baby coming up and how I will possibly have any semblance of a life or routine. I love how you find ways to get it all done without offloading tasks or depending too much on others for help - sometimes we just can’t do that and have to learn to be self-sufficient. It’s been a huge mental and physical challenge for me but seeing your content has been a big consolation.
Thank you!

thank you, you really inspired me and encourage me a ton because I am pregnant and very depressed and didn't manage to get anything done but the free guilt pregnant attitude is really what I needed to hear... thanks !

Your videos are so encouraging to me! A great reminder that I can (some day- soon, I hope) get back to some kind of daily routine and actually get things done, or do even a little self care when I get past the postpartum stage 😅

I’ve been working out at home since my son was born 6 yrs ago and I’m stronger and more muscular than I’ve ever been in my life. My son also loves to “work out” with me lol. I agree that it’s good for our kids to see us prioritize our health😊
