E Phrygian Dominant Heavy Arabic Guitar Backing Track 🎸💣

This is heavy backing track to practice improvisation. If you love that oriental/Arabic/middle eastern sound you can hear sometimes in the solos of Joe Satriani and John Petrucci for example, then you should learn to play the 5th mode of the harmonic minor scale. Which is the phrygian dominant mode. It's exactly a Phrygian mode with a raised 3rd. So it sounds kind of major at first then that typical sad minor sound comes as you play the latter intervals of this scale.
This scale in particular is called the "Hijaz" Maqam in the Arabic music system and it is widely used in the middle east and around the world. More related scales will mentioned in my next videos so make sure to subscribe if you love this oriental sound 🎸🍺
