Why should we subsidize California. If you want to live in a high risk state, you have to self insure or pay.

Insurance companies can’t insure high risk areas because when multiple policies are in high risk areas, when fires like these happens, they can’t pay everything out. Then they go bankrupt, which will affect all other states as well. I feel horrible for those without insurance. 😢
