Good afternoon Richard, Thank you for another inspirational video. I wanted to commented that the question about conflict, I answered this by stating I could manage the situation due to past experiences, however the feedback I receive was negative. I was told I should have reported the 2 colleagues to their managers. I did not think this was a good judgment let alone correct action for 2 colleagues in conflict. It felt harsh to me. The role was a Band 8a EDI role.

I interviewed with three groups of people.. one group was lost for words after I answered their question .. we started laughing at the same time because of the awkward silence .. lol .. I said I hope this is a good laugh.. 😅 they said yes it is!
