TBH, I feel bad for Volthoom (even though i never read the comics) after he is temporarily defeated. I mean, all he wanted was to fought the unjust in order to prevent countless casualties like how it happened to his mother.

Too bad he became corrupted by his powers and became an irredeemable villain 😢

Also I think it’s juvenile that whenever someone has one of these rings that grants access to all of the emotions instead of becoming some sort of Buddha or enlightened being they go crazy and power hungry (such a mindset would negate using at least half the rings)

It actually turned out that Volthoom destroyed his own world. The ring was making him go crazy and he overloaded a few times. A twist I didn't see coming.
