I have an idea: "place exchange" : A player will exchange with an another random player either if its enemy or teammate.

insta heath: super buff in time of cooldown to natural renegertaion(if dont kill a brawlers quickly the natural regenration started immediatly)

Defensy/supershield: brawlers with super charged gain a 30% shield

ressucection: you gain a extra life, like 8bit old starrpower
