Lucio is kinda overrated by anyone, BUT the Lucio players

I think Lucio should be B at best, he’s very skill based if you want to use speed boost and boop effectively and then you get flamed constantly for not healing enough which is true. Hence I think he would benefit from a rework or power shift but I really just want to get the point across that when you think of every healer getting nerfed do you think it’s fair for him to get that too.
