The only respectful critique I would have is with setting up the Polytune separate from the feed. It's a great option, but not when your tuner can multi-task. The Polytune is not just a tuner, it's also a true buffer. And, I was always taught to have a buffer at the beginning and at the end of my pedalboard. In fact, its a common practice. My rig has my polytune up first behind my volume pedal, but not separate from the feed as it's done here. I just think it's a good idea to use that buffer if you have it. Thumbs up video!

I wanna use a volume pedal just for the violin sound and because it helps me at stage when i am playing..closing the volume and play at lower or higher volume when i want..it helps a lot and it's easy! So now i wanna ask you something! Does the volume pedals affect the general tone of the pedals/guitar/amplifier when it's open? And if yes, that happens when someone uses a cheap volume pedal or not? Are the higher price volume pedals not affect the tone?ex(Hilton volume pedal) thanks a lot!

thinking about getting one of these. Do you notice any difference in tone while use the tuner out vs. tuner in-line? I've heard that the tuner out on these is kind of a tone-zapper.

Subscribed! I think I'll buy this one. Not related but can you tell me how you're getting the organ tone?

Does the Kevlar Cable wear out over time? If so, is it easy and cheap to replace?

Hey does this tone-suck at all? Just curious if my tone will be changed when the pedal is not engaged?

I have the same pedal (Ernie Ball VpJr) and I want it to act like a master volume. But when I connected it right in front of my Blackstar ID 260TVP, it seems like it doesn't really fades out\fade in the sound gradually. Should I put it in an effects loop? Pedals that I want it working with is a Zakk Wylde Wah Pedal and a Korg PitchBlack. I hope you can help me out.

Not really about this specific pedal, but what is your favorite fuzz? I've seen and played TONS of em, but not sure which to pull the trigger on yet.

Hey! Just wondering I can't seem to find it anywhere but I am in the market for a new volume pedal and have noticed that they do active models and passive models. Does this mean that one model is for a guitar with active pickups and the other is for a guitar with regular humbuckers? Because at the moment I'm playing an ESP horizon with actives but am looking at getting a tele in the near future so I want to get a volume pedal that can be used across both guitars?
Hope that makes sense! Thanks!

Nice.
I have a question for anybody really.

Is there a way to wire a volume pedal to a distortion pedal that can actuate the distortion level/tone/gain? IDK

I guess I have an application where I would like to smoothly transition from clean -> distortion via a levered pedal.
I dont know if there is such a thing but I think that'd be pretty cool.

Could you use this pedal to crank up the volume on a valve amp to get high distortion and then just turn down the volume on the pedal so it isn't blasting loud and annoying roommates and neighbors?

Is there any sort of tone suck on the mono or stereo versions of this pedal?
