In the time between 1988-2001, Nestle used The Simpsons (mainly Bart) for their Butterfinger commercials. The Simpsons not only advertised Butterfingers, Butterfinger Ice Cream Bars/Nuggets, and BB’s, but also other brands such as KFC, Church’s Chicken, Burger King, video games, etc.. One of the Butterfinger commercials shows Milhouse suggesting him and Bart trade lunches, but Bart refuses because he has a Butterfinger; the crispity crunchity peanut buttery butterfinger!
