Not to mention he wanted to move electricity... through AIR... in dense populated area... i don't think people realise how dangerous something like that is... your BODY is more conductive than AIR. You would be fried the second... no, the millisecond you'd stand any where betwen the tower and a reciver for any kind of electrical device. Most devices need so much power you wouldnt even know you died. A switch would be turned and in less than a blink of a eye you'd be standing infront of god questioning what the fuck happend.
