I recently relaxed my hair as I'm pregnant with my son. My hair grew so much as a natural. It's a blessing that required time and time Time😭. The thickness of it took a whole day to wash and condition. I finally relaxed when I took out my braids and I couldn't do my hair because I was placed on bed rest. I needed independence. And the day I relaxed, I felt so free. I've been keeping up with moisture and educating on protein treatments. I gave my curls ten years chemical free. But now, my life has changed and I needed this so badly.

Always apply grease or Vaseline around the hairline and in between parts and on the ears BC that perms can burn those areas if it's there too long! I like to have a damp washcloth nearby so I can just wipe any areas that have burning feeling.It really helps a lot!

I'm at this stage, I've managed to be natural 8years and my hair is super healthy, but I literally live in two cornrows and I'm bored. Wigs ain't for me, expensive and time to make em look somewhat non detectable even though its very decetable defeats the purpose.
