I fell and injured my right ischial tuberosity. I go to this chiropractor and he told me to do those bridges. I also ice it overnight. I recently injured my left too. I do ballet so it’s been very hard for me, (I can’t do the splits or any serious stretches) will the pain ever permanently go away?

i used to do front splits on both sides and i was attempting to improve my right leg, and thats how i got my injury it hurts every time i try to stretch my leg . my question is when will it be okay to do front split or even stretch without pain ?

What if stretching improves mobility for running? Doesn't this automatically reduce strain on the hamstring?
