Even though I'm watching 2 yrs later DAM that was amazing and Very Cool. Lots of meat , that gar was like watching you hack through a tree. Dam that's a very hard shell skin . mate you had me stressing when you were swinging that cleaver towards your arm and sure enough you had the swing and miss and just missed ur arm lmao jesus you nearly died with the Gar this night hahaha my other fav part was the once sharp cleaver being hacked into stainless steel benchtop. You know, when I was younger I used to ask my father why we toss back alligator gar, since they're such huge fish. He always told me they're too much effort to clean. Now I see he wasn't kidding.
