+50 Max Rage: how to cheese Vengeful Cry for powerful buffs in PoE
Показать описание
TLDW - Rage good. New retaliation warcry gives max rage but it’s not usable by default. However, you can design a character that will deal itself a self-damage guaranteed savage hit with Forbidden Rite, unlocking Vengeful Cry for use any time, at will. It’s then straightforward to get 100% uptime by using warcry duration and CDR and amp up the power of the max rage buff with warcry buff effect.
This video explains and demonstrates new warcry / self-damage tech in Path of Exile that unlocks a huge more damage multiplier for attack builds and Ravenous Passion spell builds. The rage mechanic is explained to show why you should care about almost tripling your maximum rage, then the Vengeful Cry skill is explained in detail. I analyze how characters might build for maintaining 100% uptime on its buff including specific breakpoints that are necessary. I then demonstrate a self-damage technique that can be used to unlock the Vengeful Cry skill for use at any time, circumventing the need to take a savage hit by dealing that savage hit to ourselves manually. I show the chaos mitigation breakpoint needed to enable the tech and close with a demonstration of the technique in use in an endgame build.
