Aside from the 14th applying only in a civil war context it also says in section 5 only the Congress has the power to enforce the provision of the 14th through appropriate legislation. So the idea Biden could invoke the 14th to get around congress when Congress has the sole power to enforce the 14th is extra special stupid.

The ultimate power to create all forms of money should be taken from the FED to be restored to the people, to whom it properly belongs, then to be put in circulation free from all debt and interest obligations. following these principles money no longer master will be servant to the people. Wars, terrorism, bankruptcies, inflation, recessions, political corruption, open borders, out of control migrations are all effects caused by the privatization of debt money created out of nothing compound with interests. He forgets a key word in Section 4, "including". Meaning it's NOT just applicable for a Civil War context. Furthermore, we're talking about the current fiscal year appropriations, which HAVE been authorized by Congress. Halting of issuing bonds/debts via default would be questioning the appropriations already approved by law and would be interfering with Presidential powers. Sorry, he's wrong here.
