8 years USMC, been doing situps since 1990 and I started doing Sally ups 3 days a week 2 months ago and now at 51 I have more abbs and finally no pain at my lower back, planks work!

One thing I’ve learned from this channel, is the importance of hip mobility and core strength. Since putting work into both I’m close to being back pain free and increasing my strength. Thank you for your videos @SquatUniversity
