This video comes at the perfect time. My daughter recently suffered a major injury that will take her off the ice for the next 6-12 months. For her, the "Why do I do this?" and the support network from her team and coaches is what keeps her going. I also remind her that her coaches won't stop watching her just because she can't be on the ice. They want to see how she reacts to a major setback like this, and whether she has the strength and determination to come back better than before.
