I watch this video of the woman pushing the victim on the subway tracks with an approaching train, yet the man with the backpack sitting beside doesn't even move. How could a person witnessing just a horrific act not react to just what happened. This is why businesses and people are leaving New York City.

Imagine how impossible it is for a woman or child to walk in Los Angeles. The insane and criminals control Los Angeles. Sane people currently lack the right to walk in L.A.
