Seeing that plasma CNC cut a perfect circle was so satisfying. Nice work!

Dude... you are 100% unfassbar. 😂

You're nothing short of a legend.

OMG. You are one of the kind! from the first episode of your clips until now you always amazed me! It is unbelivable how extremely talented you are in different fields!! from micro electronics to the huge heavy welding and machining projects!! I wish I was a millioner and I could buy a huge workshop for you with any kind of machinery based on your order. But sadly I can just admire you! and enjoying a lot and learning as much as I can afford from your clips. God Bless You.

Looks like you employ the same build philosophy as my Grandfather - "If you don't know how strong it needs to be, just build it 10 x stronger and it should be fine"
Great projects!

For years, I’ve observed your genius in design and manufacturing, and it never fails to humble me. Your delightfully dry sense of humor consistently brings a smile to my face.

I love how you are constantly upgrading your workshop from stuff that would otherwise end up in a landfill or melted

Alone in my office, with a knot in my throat, I applauded your first circle.

Well done, Sir.

I'm impressed, as ever.
25 years ago (when I was younger and probably stronger than now) I built a gantry out of old RSJs. It's about 9' tall and 10' wide and it makes a fantastic engine hoist for working on old Landrovers. Getting those steel beams into place with nothing more than muscle, an engine crane and a Hi-Lift jack was hard work. And a bit worrying at times. If I'd known about YouTube then, I could have recorded it. I didn't have a plasma cutter, so I used oxy-acetylene. Nor was TIG affordable for hobbyists, so I used stick and MIG. It's still in my garage and I still use it. Seeing you work on your steel beams brought the memories flooding back....

Wish the scrap yards in my area would allow 'foraging', I can only imagine the treasures that just get trucked off to the smelter.

Great work on the CNC build.

Hi, your talents are endless. From elctromechanical construction to the production of the explanatory videos, all so professionally done, given that your native language is not English, perfect by the way. I like the way you translate the German parts and labels to English for us, great addition to the productions. Many thanks from Nr Liverpool UK.

I have to say Gerolf, you don't give yourself the credit you deserve! You have many skills and knowledge that most of us viewers would desire very much. Keep it up and I look forward to the next installment of this project.

It's a shame such content doesn't sell well. I'm a digital marketer at an industrial company (pipe manufacturer) and it's not easy to find competent creators and influencers in DIY niche.
On the other hand, trying to grow online may consume more time than actual projects.
I follow you since I don't know when and you always deliver the best content.

I love the way you maintain your tools to a high standard. I highly doubt you will leave your tools in a mess like many are found in. You taking the care to restore your tools makes it easier for their next owner. I do believe power tools and such won't get overly outdated after a certain point.

Erstaunliche Technik, my mother was German and my father Polish. I'm a retired electronics engineer, I enjoy and look forward to your adventures in Vorsprung durch Technik.

What a great project. Not only the CNC plasma table but upgrading the workshop. I aspire to have a CNC plasma table of my own one day

The shell of the HUGE, awesome CNC Table looks like it could survive a nuclear bomb being dropped on it; those MASSIVE steel girders are BEASTS! This is amazing!

I love this guy. First of all he is reusing the stuff. I feel so anxious when I see people throwing all these stuff, which means they are also going for a new one. But here this guy saves some and I think we need more people like him. If I had the opportunity I would love to do something similar to this. Secondly he is daam good at what he does. Finally the quality of the videos are very high. I also like the fact that his contents are very straightforward in nature.

Plastic house gutters work great for pipe cleaning with citric acid .If you need custom shape you can dig a hole in the ground and put nylon sheets in it to act as a pool.
