Using a HackRF One as a signal source.

This video shows how to use a HackRF One as a signal source using SdrGlut as the controller. Care must be taken not to overload the receiver - addition attenuation may be required for other radios. The HackRF One was plugged into a Icom IC-R8600 through a 20 db attenuator. The setup was tested at 3 MHZ, 30 MHZ, 300 MHZ, and 3000 MHZ using NBFM and USB. The HackRF One performed quite well. The only problem was a lack of frequency accuracy and that can be cured by using one of the TCXOs that are available for use with it.
