Using VMware Hot vMotion to Move ISE 3.1 Between Hosts

Hot vMotion support was added in ISE 3.1, what is hot vMotion? The ability to move virtual machines between hosts (or resource pools) in VMware vCenter Server.

I'm using vCenter Server 6.7 Update 3j (6.7.0.51000) and ISE 3.1 Patch 1 +Log4j Fix
